Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for your Astermax subscription. We want you to feel confident trying the Service, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and promptly.
1. Free Trial
At launch, Astermax will offer a free trial period before any charge is made. The trial starts when you create your Personal Blueprint. You will not be charged during the trial, and paid billing begins only if you choose to subscribe and authorize payment. Trial terms (duration and included features) are displayed on the Pricing page.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid charge or any renewal charge, unless a different rule is required by applicable law. Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are available in the following situations:
- You were charged in error or billed twice for the same period
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the Service
- You were charged after canceling your subscription
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the charge date
- Dissatisfaction with astrological content or interpretations (the Service delivers personalized interpretations, not advice or predictions — please review our Terms of Service before subscribing)
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date when a paid subscription was active and accessible
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@astermax.com with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 5 business days where possible.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Cancellation
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 14-day refund window and wish to cancel and receive a refund, please contact us as described above rather than simply canceling your subscription, unless your payment provider or local law gives you a different process.
After cancellation, your access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period.
