Is Astermax fortune-telling?
No. Astermax interprets existing astrological patterns — it does not predict specific future events or guarantee outcomes. We provide reflective guidance, not deterministic predictions.
Does Astermax predict my future?
No. Astermax describes current astrological themes and how they may relate to your personal chart. It does not claim to know what will happen to you.
Is this medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice?
No. Astermax is a lifestyle and self-reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Product
How does personalization work?
You create a Personal Blueprint by entering your birth date, time, and place. Astermax calculates your natal chart and generates daily interpretations based on how current planetary movements interact with your unique placements.
Can I use Astermax without creating a chart?
Yes. The Global View is free and shows current planetary themes, moon phases, and astrological climate for everyone. No birth data required.
How do I install Astermax?
Astermax installs from the website to your home screen. It opens like an app, stays light on your phone, and updates automatically in the background.
How do compatibility reports work?
Add another chart, with permission, to generate a compatibility report. The report explores relationship dynamics, strengths, and tensions based on chart comparison.
Privacy & Data
What data do you store?
We store your Google account email and name for authentication, your calculated astrological placements, and your generated content. Raw birth details are used during chart setup; after calculation, Astermax keeps the calculated chart data needed to deliver the Service.
Billing
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until your current billing period ends. Previously generated personal content remains visible in the app. New daily content returns to the Global View.
When does the trial start?
Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your Personal Blueprint. You will not be charged during the trial.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Our launch policy is a 14-day refund window from any paid charge. See our Refund Policy for details.
